"While DELICIOUS, it's not your typical NY style pie. He cubes his mozzarella every day. No shredding going on here! It gives it a different look and feel, but the flavors are money! The key is he spreads the dough out in corn meal instead of flour. Crispy, no flop, just a great pie! Highly recommend!"
